Maybelline Expertwear Eyeshadow Quads Review (with swatches)

So a while back i bought 4 Maybelline Expertwear eyeshadow quads at my local walgreens, and i must say i was very impressed with the pigmentation of these quads. of course you do get more color payoff with a eyeshadow primer/base (which everyone should be using with their eyeshadows.) =P
i fell in love with almost all of the quads. but to save some money in these hard times i only bought 4. (check out your local walgreens or CVS and see if they have some deals. i got mine buy one get one half off.) < that's usually the normal sale at walgreens for maybelline or revlon. so anyway... on to the swatches!
NOTE: i used a primer (Urban Decay primer potion) under all swatches for best results.

nice rich taupe colors

from Left to Right: a lovely pale gold, rich olive color (that i would like to compare to MAC's sumptuous olive, however it has a different texture and finish to it.) an emerald green and medium black with gold shimmer and slight brown undertone.

Gorgeous purples! perfect for spring time! there's a frosty white highlight shade, a light shimmery purple, a taupe shade with a purple undertone, and a mauve-ish burgundy shade that has slight shimmer to it.

compared to the lavender smokes quad these purples are much more deeper in color.

you have a beautiful white shimmer, a deep purple with lavender sheer shimmer ( this color really reminds me of MAC's Stars N Rockets, of course unlike mac there is a different texture and finish to it), a dark purple with a little bit of sheen shimmer, and a dark purple with brown undertones.
